1. Introduction

Meridian Quantitative, Ltd. ("Meridian", "we", "us") provides quantitative advisory services and publishes related content on meridianmarkets.xyz (the "Site"). By accessing the Site or engaging us for services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

Meridian's services include advisory briefings, retainer programs, and embedded analyst engagements in areas such as geopolitics, climate, macro, space, defense, energy, technology, and health. Scope, deliverables, fees, and service-levels for any engagement are governed by an individually executed engagement letter. Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer or acceptance of such services.

3. Intellectual Property

All forecasts, models, code, reports, dashboards, and content produced by Meridian are and remain the intellectual property of Meridian unless expressly assigned in writing. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use deliverables solely for the internal purposes set out in your engagement letter.

Meridian may use anonymized, aggregated data and generalized learnings from engagements to improve its models and publications, provided no client is identified.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute Meridian materials beyond the license granted;
• use the Site or any Meridian deliverable to violate applicable law, sanctions, or third-party rights;
• misrepresent Meridian output as your own independent research without attribution;
• attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the Site.

5. No Investment Advice

Meridian is a quantitative advisory firm. It is not registered as an investment adviser, broker-dealer, or futures commission merchant. Nothing on this Site and nothing in any Meridian deliverable constitutes an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy or sell any security, derivative, or other financial instrument. Probabilistic forecasts are estimates, not guarantees. You are solely responsible for any decision made using Meridian output.

6. Disclaimers

The Site and any free-of-charge content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Meridian does not warrant that the Site will be continuous, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meridian shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits or lost data, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any deliverable. Meridian's aggregate liability for any engagement is limited to the fees actually paid by you to Meridian for that engagement in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Confidentiality

Each engagement is covered by the confidentiality terms in its engagement letter. We protect client information with commercially reasonable technical and organizational safeguards and use it only for the purposes agreed with the client.

9. Changes

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you.
